- All submitted research papers undergo a confidential, double-blind peer-review process conducted by experts in the relevant field.
- The research must be original and must not have been previously published in any scientific journal or research platform.
- The paper must not exceed 35 pages and must be no fewer than 15 pages.
- It is preferable to submit the paper in English or Arabic.
- If the paper is written in Arabic, the journals provide translation and linguistic editing services for an additional fee.
- Papers submitted in Arabic must be typed in Simplified Arabic font, size 14.
- Papers submitted in English must be typed in Times New Roman font, size 14.
- Referencing and citation must follow the APA system (author’s surname, edition date, page number), with careful attention to citing research published in Scopus-indexed journals and Stardom journals.
- The introduction must be written in scientific language and a rigorous academic style and must be free of references. It should provide a brief presentation of the research problem, clarify its importance, specify the research methodology and main objectives, and address previous studies related to the topic, if any.
- The abstract must be written in both Arabic and English and placed at the beginning of the paper. It should be concise and precise, with a length of no more than 250–300 words. The abstract should present the content in a focused and direct manner, without unnecessary elaboration or excessive detail, and must include the title of the paper, the significance of the topic, the methodology, the main findings, and five keywords.
- The paper must include a conclusion that summarizes the most important findings of the research, highlights their significance and impact, and may include recommendations or proposals for future research, with the aim of providing the reader with a clear and comprehensive view of what the study has achieved.
- The paper must include a list of sources and references arranged according to the APA system, indicating the author’s name (followed by “et al.” in the case of multiple authors), the year of publication in parentheses, the title of the reference in italics, the translator if applicable, the place of publication, and the publisher. All submitted references must be appropriate and up to date.
